CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. As a courtesy to all our clients and providers, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please review our no-show policy. You will be charged per company policy if an appointment is no-showed, cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance. Please make changes to your appointment by using the Vagaro app or by calling the studio. Social media is not an acceptable/reliable form of communication. additionally, replies to the reminder notifications you receive are sent to a "do not reply" number as stated on the notifications and unfortunately will not be received.
NO CALL NO SHOWS
No-showing your appointment will result in a 100% fee to your card on file. If you do not have a card on file, an invoice will be sent to you.
RUNNING LATE
Because we are a speed waxing studio, our appointment times are shorter. It's not just a courtesy to arrive on time, but it allows us to service you and everyone accordingly. Facial waxing/tinting services have a 5 minute grace period, and body waxing and brow/lash lifting services have a 10 minute grace period. If you miss your grace period, please be advised we may not be able to complete all of the scheduled services, or we may have to reschedule you. In this event, any rescheduled or canceled services will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee to your card on file. If you do not have a card on file, an invoice will be sent to you.
CHILDREN
We understand that it may be necessary at times to bring your children, but it is appreciated if you make childcare arrangements prior to your appointment. We want you to enjoy your appointment with zero distractions for you and your provider.
